ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2015 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is husband and he filed H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2015, praying for the relief of divorce as against the respondent herein. The respondent entered into appearance, however, she did not file counter and simply seeks adjournment from time to time. Therefore, the said H.M.O.P. could not be disposed of and hence, he filed the present criminal revision before this Court, to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2015. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on records.

4.It seems from the records that in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2015, notice was issued to the respondent in 02.07.2015 and the respondent entered appearance on 12.08.2015 and and the matter has been adjourned from time time viz 04.11.2015, 17.02.2016, 25.02.2016 and 29.06.2016 and finally, the case has been adjourned to 29.09.2016 for filing counter affidavit of the respondent herein.

5.Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and to meet the ends of justice, this Court, direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2015 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible.

6.This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
