ORDER

The revision petitioner is the tenant. The respondent is the land lord. But, they are close relatives. The petitioner being the uncle of the respondent, the respondent has agreed that he will not press the claim for arrears of the rent.In fact, he shall withdraw OS No.80 of 2008 filed by him against the revision petitioner herein before the District Munsif Court, Palani. The revision petitioner is given time to vacate till 30.11.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would vacate the property on or before 30.10.2018.

2.The undertaking given by either parties is recorded. The petitioner does not wish to prosecute this petition further. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. If the revision petitioner commits breach of the undertaking given before this Court, it is certainly open to the respondent to institute proceedings for contempt of court against the revision petitioner.
