When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that second respondent is presently conducting enquiry and he will pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
