Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarari, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Staff Fixation for the year 2014-2015 issued by the first respondent Chief Educational Officer vide his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8383/Aa2/2014 dated 28.11.2014 (holding one post of Secondary Grade teacher as surplus) and the consequential order issued by the first respondent Chief Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.8383/Aa2/2014 dated 24.12.2014 (deploying one Secondary Grade teacher namely, Tmt.K.Rosy from the petitioner school to another school namely, St.Josephs High School, Veikalipatti, Tirunelveli District), quash the same in so far as it render one post of Secondary Grade teacher in the petitioner-school as surplus.
