This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.10.2024, in W.P.(MD) No. 25557 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with in and by Na.Ka.K2/ UDR-13 /2022 (2721/2025) dated 26.04.2025. Copy also appears to be marked to the petitioner, however, it is not possible for the petitioner to have received.

3. In view of the fact that the second respondent has passed orders, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 26.04.2025, in accordance with law.
