[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] Heard Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, Mr.AU.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and Mr.K.Sree Kumaran Nair, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6. 2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th to 8th respondents herein on the pathway in Poramboke land in Survey No.6/1 and 11/6 situated in Ulaganeri Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018. 3.The respondents have produced records stating that the land in Sy.No.6/1 has been classified as 'Parai puramboku' and 'square shaped well' and Sy.No.11/6 has been classified as 'pathway' and the encroachments made in Sy.Nos.6/1 and 11/6 have been removed by the respondents.

4.In the light of the above statement, this writ petition is closed, as no further adjudication in this case is required. No costs.
