Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give adequate police protection for the celebration of 'Chithirai Thiruvizha' from April 14 to April 28, 2015 in Arulmigu Uchi Makaliamman Kovil and 'Aadi Thiruvizha; from June 15th to June 31st in Arulmigu Muthalamman Kovil, Nelkattumcheval, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District jointly by the village people of Nelkattumcheval, without any 'Special Honors' and 'Muthal Mariyathai' by fifth respondent herein or any other person and pass any such further orders as this Court may deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case. This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give adequate police protection for the celebration of 'Chithirai Thiruvizha' from April 14 to April 28, 2015 in Arulmigu Uchi Makaliamman Kovil and 'Aadi Thiruvizha; from June 15th to June 31st in Arulmigu Muthalamman Kovil, Nelkattumcheval, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District jointly by the village people of Nelkattumcheval, without any 'Special Honors' and 'Muthal Mariyathai' by fifth respondent herein or any other person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that already proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has been initiated in Crime No.152 of 2015 dated 3.4.2015.
