The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to grant parole for a period of 3 days from 3.6.2014 to 5.6.2014 to the petitioner's husband namely senthilmurugan @ Murugan S/o. Rajendran, who is a remand prisoner now detained in Central prison, Tiruchirappalli for attending marriage function of his own sister Vimala's daughter Kaviselvi based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.5.2014.

2.Perusal of the records, it is seen that the period for which parole was sought is already over. Hence, the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
