O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2024 and 21.12.2024 and take action based on the complaint, dated 22.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 to 6 before the third respondent for cheating, through his complaint dated 22.05.2023 and thereafter, he sent representations on 22.11.2024 and 21.12.2024, but the same have not been considered. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that already the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.05.2023 was considered and C.S.R.No.668 of 2023 was assigned and thereafter, it was closed as money dispute. Again, the Page No. 2 of 5

petitioner sent representations dated 22.11.2024 and 21.12.2024 and the same are pending. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 6, is inclined to pass orders.

5. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 to 6 before the third respondent for cheating, through his complaint, dated 22.05.2023, but the same has not been considered. According to the third respondent, they assigned C.S.R.No.668 of 2023 to the said complaint and closed the same as money dispute and thereafter, the petitioner sent representations dated 22.11.2024 and 21.12.2024 and the same are under enquiry. Therefore, recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
