[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that the petitioner's husband, namely, Pradhappothan, S/o.Singadurai, aged about 28 years, is in illegal custody of the respondents herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, Mr.K.Seenivasan (Mobile No.8300000403), Sub Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Manamadurai, District, is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are 22 cases pending against the detenu Pradhappothan and in two cases, NonBailable Warrant has been issued for securing the said Pradhappothan and therefore, the Police are also looking out for him.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that as and when the Police secure the detenu Pradhappothan, he will be produced before the Court concerned, which has issued the Non-Bailable Warrant.

4. In such view of the matter, recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
