To call for the entire records pertaining to the Judgment passed in C.C.No.2241 of 2022 and to set-aside the Judgment of acquittal, on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai dated 22.12.2022 and thereby record conviction upon the respondents/accused.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUMUGAM.C.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.CHANDRA MOHAN, Advocate for respondents 1 to 4 and 8 & 9, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.
