O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent police to enquire the complaint in C.S.R.No.206 of 2018, dated 12.07.2018 and register the complaint.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the prosecution would submit that the enquiry into the petitioner is still pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. He undertakes that the finality will be given to the said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondent closes the complaint, the closure report will be given to the petitioner immediately thereafter, so that the petitioner can work out his remedy in accordance with law.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly ordered.
