O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent by conducting enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent police. However, no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, they have issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry. However, the petitioner failed to appear for enquiry. If the petitioner appears for enquiry along with the necessary records, they will consider and take action based on the complaint of the petitioner. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is inclined to pass orders without issuing notice to the private respondent.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they have received the complaint of the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry for appearance of the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent police on 19.04.2025 and produce all the relevant records, thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, after affording opportunities to both parties, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order in accordance with law. 6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
