2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3.This Court earlier had dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail application on 23.07.2018, since the petitioner is said to have hit the victim on his head. Taking note of the overt act attributed against the petitioner and there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
