This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to to set aside the order dated 26.02.2016 made in I.A.No.70 of 2015 in O.S.No.116 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kumbakonam and allow the above revision petition. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
