O R D E R

The Civil Revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 17.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.49 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2015, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on perusing the materials, I am not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed confirming the order passed in I.A.No.49 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2015, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi. However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi is directed to try both H.M.O.P. Nos. 80 of 2015 and 218/2012 jointly and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P(MD) No.7195 of 2016 is also dismissed.
