ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to expedite the trial and dispose the case in Cr.M.P.No.3877 of 2015

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent police filed 'action dropped' final report. Thereafter the petitioner filed protest petition and the same is pending from the year 2015. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that arguments are also over on both sides.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the Cr.M.P.No.3877 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
