2. Ms.S.Keerthana, learned counsel for Mr.R.Murugappan, who accepts notice for R1 expresses no objection to the condonation of delay of 230 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

3. Writ Appeal is not pursued as against R2 and an endorsement is made in this regard.

4. In light of the aforesaid and having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit justifying the delay, the delay of 230 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel who entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
