PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2021 and 16.04.2023 after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, and transfer the dealership of petroleum retail outlet (Dispensing Pump and Selling License) situated at Villupuram Main Road, Madgadipet, Puducherry standing in the name of 2nd respondent, to the name of the Petitioner. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2021 and 16.04.2023 after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, and transfer the dealership of petroleum retail outlet (Dispensing Pump and Selling License) situated 2/5

at Villupuram Main Road, Madgadipet, Puducherry standing in the name of 2nd respondent, to the name of the Petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent representations dated 27.12.2021, 16.04.2023 and 16.01.2026 seeking to transfer the dealership of petroleum retail outlet (Dispensing Pump and Selling License) situated at Villupuram Main Road, Madgadipet, Puducherry standing in the name of 2nd respondent, to the name of the Petitioner. Since the said representations have not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the last representation of the petitioner dated 16.01.2026, the 1st respondent has sent a reply dated 25.01.2026 to the petitioner.

4. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any reply from the 1st 3/5

respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that he will provide the copy of the said reply dated 25.01.2026 to the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, no further direction can be issued in this Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the reply dated 25.01.2026 sent by the first respondent, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
