O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and it is found that the issue is between two close relatives and trouble is arisen between the parties over the Management of the above said temple. This petitioner along with others gave an undertaking that they will execute the document of settlement in favour of the Villagers. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed. Even though the above said statement is now disputed by the counsel for the petitioner, Since the complaint itself has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
