JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.1441 of 2023 directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Today, when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected and there is an appeal remedy available for the petitioner against the said rejection order before the authorities concerned.

3.The learned counsel for the appellant also concedes to the said submission.

4.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ appeal. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. It is open to the appellant to challenge the rejection order passed by the authorities concerned, if he is so
