This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to celebrate Panguni Pongal festival from 08.04.2025 to 10.04.2025 to conduct cultural programme of Adal Padal on 10.04.2025 for the Arulmigu Sri Puthu Sundaravalliamman Thirukovil at Vengatachalapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and permission was granted. Therefore, the petition becomes infructuous.
