ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.1491 of 2024, dated 15.03.2024. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that though the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail from the trial Court on 15.03.2024, he has not complied with the condition.
