PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.51 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested on 15.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 341,294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.51 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3. Since dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
