This petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.28 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already they have completed investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aundipatti. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.28 of 2024 and already the first respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aundipatti, and as per F.I.R, there are specific allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved, this Criminal Original Petition is Page No. 2 of 4

closed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
