ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and the property comprised in S.No.126/1B1, situated at Thiyandral Kammai, R.S.Mangalam, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, based on the judgment and decree passed by this Court in S.A.No.651/2014, dated 21.08.2017 and further to consider the representation dated 13.08.2020, given by the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.9159 of 2020 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.195 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found police protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
