PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 2 & 3, not to harass the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3, not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. In earlier occasion, a submission was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was money transaction between the petitioner's son-in-law and the fourth respondent, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8593 of 2021 which he has no involvement. Even then, the respondent police sent summons for enquiry.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the issue involved in this case wamoney transaction between the petitioner's son-in-law and the fourth respondent and parties are advised to approach the appropriate civil Forum for their remedy and accordingly, it was closed on 05.07.2021.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) that since the enquiry was closed and nothing survives for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Let the closure report be circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.
