ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MADHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and while admitting the CMA., the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition Since the same is not maintainable in view of the fact that the Family Court has dismissed the said OP filed for restitution of congual rights. Accordingly this petitions is dismissed as withdrawn.
