This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue Non-traceable certificate to him for Sale Deed No.1017/2021 dated 22.04.2021 by considering the petitioner's onlince complaint in CAS22084099 dated 16.05.2022 and on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 25.05.2022 before the respondent for missing of his Sale Deed No.1017/2021 dated 22.04.2021, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations dated 16.05.2022 and 25.05.2022 are pending.

Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
