O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 11 of 2013 in a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she had filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No. 11 of 2013 against the respondent for divorce on the ground of cruelty. But, the respondent has been unnecessarily dragging on the proceedings, which causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to non-appearance of the respondent, an ex-parte order was passed and the respondent has now filed I.A.No.7 of 2016 to set aside the ex-parte order and the petitioner has no objection for allowing the application and therefore, a direction may be given to dispose of the case.

Considering the above submission, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.NO. 11 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
