ORDER

This Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in the FIR in Crime No.433 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai dated 01.06.2021 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai.

3. Since the final report has been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
