O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct Aadalum Padalum and Cultural Programme scheduled to be held on 15.04.2025 from 08.00 pm to 12.00 am for Arulmighu Shri Santhanamariyamman Temple Festival, situated at Umaiyathalaipatti Village, Vellakulam, Thenkasi District, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 15.03.2025 and 07.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl side) for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is under consideration and they will grant permission by imposing appropriate conditions in accordance with law.
