This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.3352 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.239 of 2024, dated 14.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Nagapattinam and report before Nagapattinam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.03.2025 till date. 1/3

It is reported that the victim already died.
