ORDER

(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking quashment of F.I.R in Crime No.19 of 2017, dated 10.06.2017, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai. But the same has not been taken on file till date.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9401 of 2021 3.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this case has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, to process the final report that has been presented by the first respondent as per the Rules and after completing the above said process, the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

5.With the above said liberty and directions, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
