ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 465, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.369 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The defacto complainant is running a pawn broking shop. The allegation of the defacto complainant is that there has been misappropriation. The case of the petitioner is that her husband Sundaramoorthy was an employee of the above shop and he has also since committed suicide.

4.Taking into account all these circumstances and the petitioner being a woman aged about 51 years and the FIR itself was registered in the year 2016, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
