O R D E R

Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2015, and consequently to direct the respondents to sanction the balance bill amount and security deposit amount mentioned by the petitioner in the said representation within a time stipulated.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the representation, dated 28.01.2015, the first respondent, vide letter dated 11.02.2015, directed the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to take appropriate action on the representation submitted by the petitioner. In compliance with the direction given by the first respondent, the second respondent, vide communication dated 26.02.2015, informed the petitioner that steps have been taken on his representation and decision would be intimated earlier.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, as directed by the first respondent, vide letter dated 11.02.2015, as early as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
