Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2015 and pass order within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is that to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2015, related to rtansfor of patta.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the prayer of the petitioner is already under active consideration. Once the petitioner produces the necessary documents, as required by the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of, within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
