O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.05.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the third respondent for taking further action for the fake certificate relied upon by the proposed accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made out the commission of the

offence in the said complaint and hence, the third respondent has to register the said complaint.

4. By taking into consideration the submissions made by both parties, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, the complaint shall be registered and proceed in accordance with law, otherwise further action shall be dropped.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
