O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.72 of 2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed. 4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
