PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.5304 of 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned auction notice, dated 05.03.2015 issued by the 1st respondent in respect of the petitioner house property situate at D.No.6/468, C11, Plot No.80, R.S.No.5/3, K.V.R. Nagar 2nd street, Mahalakshmi Nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai-7 and quash the same.

PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.5306 of 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari by calling for the entire records pertaining to impugned auction notice dated 05.03.2015 issued by the 1st Respondent and its consequential proceedings in respect of the petitioner s house property situated at D.No.1-187-6, Plot NO.1, U.D.R S.No.73/1B1, 1B2&1C, Sri Meenakshi Amman Nagar, Raman Nagar Extension, Surya Nagar, Madurai and quash the same. For Petitioner in both the W.Ps. : Mr.R.Anand (The order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel on record seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
