PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to sanction the education loan to the petitioner's daughter as per the petitioner's petition dated 11.04.2014 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case.

In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to sanction the education loan to the petitioner's daughter as per the petitioner's petition dated 11.04.2014.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent bank submitted that loan has already been sanctioned to the petitioner's daughter.
