ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2022 on the 1/4
file of the respondent police.
2.The petitioner has preferred a complaint before the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.2 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that through the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no progress in the investigation process. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and the final report was made ready on 31.03.2023 and after completing the official formalities, it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of one week. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
