ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation in respect of Cr.No. 20/2022 dt 03.12.2022 on the file of fourth respondent to the third respondent and further direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and lay charge sheet within the frame stipulated time by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.
