2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no counter complaint has been received against this petitioner. Now the representation dated 20.03.2023 that was made by the petitioner is kept pending, wherein, it has been stated that some of the persons namely Surya, Karuppaiah, Ravi, Mani and others are making trouble to him claiming exorbitant interest.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose the above said complaint given by the petitioner. There is no harassment to the petitioner at the hands of the respondents. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
