This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.2188 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4520 of 2024 dated 20.02.2025.
2. Ms.S.Prabha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and was therefore, unable to arrange the sureties in time. Accordingly, she seeks further time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2188 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4520 of 2024 dated 20.02.2025.
