ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 09.11.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2.The admitted case of the petitioner is that he is in possession of a poramboke land and according to the petitioner, he has constructed a house in the land and he is in possession and enjoyment of the same. The further case of the petitioner is that similarly placed persons had applied for patta and they have also been issued patta.
The petitioner, therefore, made a representation before the respondents, on 09.11.2020, seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since, the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.

W.P.(MD).No.10852 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was taken on file and on enquiry, it was noticed that the subject property has been classified as a water body in the revenue records. The learned Government Advocate, therefore, submitted that the said information will be conveyed to the petitioner, within the time limit fixed by this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, on 09.11.2020, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
