ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, 2002, r/w Sections 3(1)(r) 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015, in Crime No.12 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case final report has been filed and that he has also received summons.

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding his date of surrender, when he shall apply for regular bail.

5. The Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender.
