O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the District Munsif Court, Tiruvadanai to dispose of the suit O.S.No.91 of 2012 in a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Mr.S.Sukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed the suit on 05.10.2012 against th e respondent for declaration and permanent injunction. The respondent has already filed written statement and issues were also framed. Subsequently the suit is being adjourned without any progress.

4. The learned counsel would further submitted that pendency of the suit causes undue harship and mental agony to the petitioner. It is further submitted that he is entitled for speedy disposal under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the learned District Munsif, Thiruvadanai shall dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.12.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
