The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioner herein from paying the required Court fee of Rs.1,400/- in the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. (*) "3.

Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.1,400/- in CMA (MD)SR.No.95194 of 2023 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioners receive any part of the amount, that has now been awarded as compensation to the claimants / petitioners in M.C.O.P.No.18 of 2017.
