This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to comply the conditions in Crl.OP(MD)No.23325 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 23325 of 2025 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
